What is a digital LED shop fascia?
A digital LED shop fascia is a direct-view LED screen that replaces a printed sign above a shopfront. It is built from LED modules, so it can be made to fit the width of your fascia, and it is bright enough to be seen from across the street in daylight. Content can be changed at any time from cloud software.

Choosing an LED screen
- 1Pixel pitch is the gap between LEDs. A smaller pitch is sharper up close; a larger pitch suits viewing from further away.
- 2Outdoor fascias and signs may need advertisement consent from your local council.
- 3Check the structure the screen will be fixed to, and plan power and data cabling.
- 4For small screens viewed up close, a high-brightness LCD can be better value.

Frequently asked questions
What pixel pitch do I need?
It depends on viewing distance. Screens viewed from a few metres need a fine pitch, while fascias and signs seen from across the street can use a larger pitch. We recommend a pitch after looking at your site.
Do I need permission for an LED shop sign?
Illuminated signs on the outside of a building often need advertisement consent. Check with your local planning authority before installing.
Can an LED fascia be made to fit my shopfront?
Yes. LED screens are built from modules, so they can be configured to fit most fascia widths and heights.
